About Teacher Voice
Teacher Voice is NFER's teacher omnibus survey. It started in February 2008, and is now running four times a year, with surveys in the autumn, spring and summer. The survey offers you the opportunity to submit questions to our panel of 1000 primary and secondary school teachers and receive analysis of the results.
Teacher Voice is a fast turnaround regular survey that enables you to access up to the minute views from teachers on topical issues. Buying into a few questions on the surveys is an economical way to find out what teachers think about particular issues without commissioning a full survey or research project. The surveys are online, allowing us to produce results very quickly and keep costs low. NFER's experienced research staff provide advice and guidance on question wording, and our statisticians and researchers provide a comprehensive set of results for your use.
Our teacher panel represents the whole teaching workforce, from headteachers to newly qualified classroom teachers, drawn from a representative sample of maintained primary and secondary schools in England.
