As this is the 10th year of PASS and we are aware of tight budgets within schools, we are pleased to announce that we have held the cost for the service at the 2009 prices.

All schools will be charged a standard administration fee of £172.50 (£150 plus VAT at the current rate). You need to pay this as a non-refundable fee when you order. Unfortunately we will be unable to process your order unless we have received back the signed order form and standard administration fee.

Analysis service

If tests are marked by the NFER you will not be charged an additional analysis fee.

If you provide results for any tests not marked by the NFER you will be charged 75p per pupil for mathematics, 40p per pupil for reading and 40p per pupil for writing and spelling.

Self-marking

If you subscribe to the self-marking service you will be charged £150 for the marking software in addition to the analysis costs outlined above.

General costing information

None of the above costs include VAT, which will be added later at the appropriate rate at the time of invoicing. It is assumed that you have already purchased your optional tests. Please note that we can only mark and analyse the 2006 versions of the tests.

The standard administration fee is a non-refundable fee due when signing up for the service. You will be invoiced for the outstanding amount once you have received your results.
